Processing: Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse will pick, pack, and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

Tracking Delay: Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email.

Order Cancellation & Refusal

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet entered the shipping process.

After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damage), a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
