No. Modern lithium-ion batteries do not have a "memory effect." You can safely top off your battery after a short daily commute without needing to drain it completely first.

Strictly use the original charger provided with your specific e-bike model. Our lineup features a wide variety of battery capacities and charging speeds (ranging from 2A standard chargers to heavy-duty 8A ultra-fast chargers). Using an incompatible or third-party charger can result in slow charging, permanent damage to the Battery Management System (BMS), or serious safety hazards.

While our batteries feature a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) designed to prevent overcharging, we strongly recommend unplugging the charger once the battery reaches 100%. Leaving it continuously plugged in for days can generate unnecessary heat and slowly degrade the battery cells over time.

Our e-bikes are built with high waterproof ratings (ranging from IP54 to IP65 depending on the model), meaning they are well-protected against rain and puddles during your commute. However, you must never charge the battery while the bike or charging port is wet. Always wipe down the frame and ensure the charging port is 100% dry before connecting the power to prevent short circuits.

Yes, many of our models (such as the Compa Ultra folding e-bike series) feature removable batteries designed for ultimate convenience. You can easily detach the battery to charge it at your desk or inside your home. For models with integrated or dual-battery systems, refer to your specific user manual for the recommended charging procedure.

Yes, we understand that plans can change. If your order has been paid for but has not yet shipped, you can cancel it completely free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already shipped, a 5% service fee will be applied to cover the costs of intercepting the logistics.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return the product for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that for general returns, a 10% service fee and return shipping costs will apply.

If you receive a defective product, an item shipped in error, or an item that does not match the website description, NAVEE has you covered. We do not charge any restocking or shipping fees for these returns, provided they are initiated within the specified return period. We will also cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement of the same item.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please send an email to support@navee.tech.

To extend the battery’s life, keep it charged between 20-80% and avoid letting it drain completely. Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures.After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of your refund's approval status. If approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-7 business days. Note: All payments and refunds are processed in Euros (EUR). If you paid in a different currency, the conversion rate is determined by your bank, and daily exchange rate fluctuations may apply. Also, please be aware that all sales of spare parts are final and non-refundable.

We offer free ground shipping for all orders over €99. For orders under €99, a standard shipping fee of €15 applies. Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 4-5 business days depending on your location.

Due to the nature of our products, ground shipping is the only available option. We partner with reliable local logistics services—such as DPD, Colissimo, and others—selecting the carrier that can best and most efficiently meet the delivery timeframe for your specific address.

Yes. To ensure the secure and proper delivery of your items, we have a few shipping restrictions.

As soon as your order is processed and leaves our facility, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. Please note: It may take up to 72 hours from the time you place your order for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

You may request a standard order cancellation if your item has not yet shipped, or if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. If your item has already been shipped, you can still cancel the order by emailing our team at service@navee.tech and simply refusing the package upon delivery.
