We currently ship to the following countries from our European warehouses:
  • Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, etc.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Cologne, Germany, via DPD.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

4. Restricted Addresses

To ensure successful delivery, we cannot ship to the following:
  • Non EU countries and remote islands

5. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing: Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse will pick, pack, and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
  • Tracking Delay: Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email.

6. Order Cancellation & Refusal

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet entered the shipping process.
  • After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damage), a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • High demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas).
  • Customs inspections (for non-EU shipments).
  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us immediately.
