If the remote control is not working, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Press the Menu button five times in succession. The signal indicator on the dashboard will then start to flash, indicating pairing mode. Press the Power button or either of the two Support buttons to confirm pairing. Once both the signal indicator and the battery indicator are lit continuously, pairing has been successful.

2. Ensure that the remote control has power. If there is no power, please charge the remote control.

First, place one foot on the pedal, push off with the other foot, place both feet on the footboard, keep your balance and gently press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended that you ride at a constant speed and never accelerate or brake abruptly.

Note: The electric scooter will only start moving once it is in coasting mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE G-Series electric scooters are suitable for people aged between 16 and 50 and with a height of between 120 cm and 200 cm; the maximum load capacity is 120 kg. Riding under the influence of alcohol is prohibited; furthermore, you must not ride if you have taken any drugs that could impair your judgement.

Press the On/Off button twice in quick succession to switch between the different
riding modes. The maximum speed in Pedestrian mode is 6 km/h, in Standard mode (D) 20 km/h and in Sport mode (S) 25 km/h. Please do not change the
riding mode whilst the vehicle is in motion. Note: Depending on the regulations in your country, the maximum speeds in modes D and S may differ from those described above. Please refer to local laws and regulations for further details.

When riding the e-scooter, energy recovery is activated when you squeeze the brake lever or release the throttle to coast; this converts some of the kinetic energy into electrical energy, which is then stored and reused. Energy recovery can increase the range whilst also providing a braking effect. When using the scooter for the first time, it is recommended that you set the level to ‘Low’. Once connected to the NAVEE App, you can set the intensity of energy recovery by scrolling down to the bottom of the product’s main view. The default setting is “Low”; however, you can choose between three levels: “Low”, “Medium” and “High”.

Each model has a specific range, which can be found in the relevant user manual. However, the typical range is usually calculated under the following conditions: with a fully charged battery, no wind, an ambient temperature of 25 °C, a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat road surface, and a payload of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the payload, ambient temperature, wind conditions, road surface, tyre pressure, battery life (charge cycles),
riding mode and the user’s riding behaviour (e.g. frequent sudden acceleration and braking).

The vehicle’s unique QR code is required to connect to the NAVEE App. You can access this QR code as follows: Once you have connected to the App, go to the scooter’s home screen or main interface within the App: [More features] – [Settings] – [Vehicle QR Code], open the QR code and take a screenshot. Alternatively, the vehicle QR code can be found by checking the sticker on the back of the dashboard, on the right-hand side of the footboard, or on the back of the user manual.

Once the lock button has been pressed in the NAVEE App, the vehicle enters engine lock mode and switches off automatically after 24 hours. The engine remains locked even after being switched on again. If the vehicle is pushed whilst locked, the display emits an alarm tone and the vehicle’s control buttons do not function. This function cannot prevent theft of the vehicle; please therefore keep a close eye on your vehicle. Using the lock function consumes battery power; please therefore use this function with care.

As soon as the headlights are switched on, the brightness of the instrument panel display dims; when the headlights are switched off, the display returns to its original brightness.

If the thermometer icon on the dashboard flashes, this indicates that the battery temperature is too high or too low. In this case, the scooter’s acceleration will be reduced; this may mean that the scooter cannot be ridden or charged. Do not attempt to use or charge the device until the battery temperature has returned to the normal operating range.
