Frequently Asked Questions

Try switching off the scooter via the app. If it switches off properly, the on/off switch is faulty and the display should be replaced.

  1. Check that the on/off button below the display springs back properly.
  2. Connect the charger to the scooter. The display should switch on automatically and show the charge status. If this does not happen, check the connection between the display and the main control unit for any damage. Replace any damaged components if necessary.
  3. Connect the charger to the scooter and charge it for 30 minutes. If the scooter still won’t switch on, remove the handlebars and check whether any pins in the handlebar connection cable’s plug are bent. If this is the case, carefully straighten the pins using tweezers and reconnect the cable.

1. First, connect to the e-scooter via the Navee app and check the battery temperature (the permissible temperature range for charging is between 0 °C and 45 °C). If the battery temperature is outside this range, move the scooter indoors and leave it there for at least 30 minutes before attempting to charge it again. If the device still cannot be charged, the battery may be faulty and will need to be replaced. If, on the other hand, the charging process resumes as normal, the scooter is working properly and the problem has been resolved.

2. Plug the charger into a socket without connecting it to the scooter, and check the status of the charging indicator:

a. If the charger’s indicator light is constantly red or does not light up at all, the charger is faulty and needs to be replaced.

b. If the charger’s indicator light is constantly green, the problem may lie with the scooter’s battery or charging circuit; in this case, the battery or charging cable may need to be replaced.

1. Please charge the scooter fully.

2. Check the tyre pressure and ensure it meets the required levels (for tubeless tyres: 45 psi; for tyres with inner tubes: 50 psi; refer to the information on the tyre).

3. Check the braking force. Lift the front and rear wheels and check that they turn smoothly without excessive resistance.

4. Ride the scooter on a flat surface with a fully charged battery at a constant speed of 15 km/h (standard test speed for the rated range) and note the distance travelled. (Rated range: Measured with a 75 kg rider, ambient temperature of 25 °C, on a flat surface, in calm conditions and at a constant speed of 15 km/h. The actual range may vary depending on rider weight, temperature, speed, wind, road conditions and riding style. Higher speeds reduce the range, and low winter temperatures reduce the discharge capacity of the lithium battery, which also reduces the range.)

5. Cold winter temperatures significantly affect the discharge capacity of the lithium battery. Below 0 °C, the usable battery capacity may drop to 70% of the total capacity or less (the lower the temperature, the greater the reduction)

6. Other factors that affect range include: driving speed, driver’s weight, road conditions, driving style (frequent acceleration and braking), wind speed, tyre pressure and brakes that are too tight.

1. Lift the wheel off the ground and turn it to check for any unusual noises or stiffness.

2. Check the mudguard and its mounting for any dents or damage that might be caused by loose bolts.

3. Check the front fork, rear fork and swingarm for cracks or deformation, and ensure that all bolts are properly tightened.

1. It is normal for the engine to produce electromagnetic noise at high revs.

2. After switching off the engine, lift the motorbike and turn it by hand to check for any unusual noises or resistance. Check the mudguard and its mounting for any deformation or contact that might be caused by loose bolts. If no abnormalities are found, the problem may lie with the engine itself.
