If the remote control is not working, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Press the Menu button five times in succession. The signal indicator on the dashboard will start to flash, indicating pairing mode. Press the On/Off button or either of the two Power Assist buttons to confirm pairing. If both the signal indicator and the battery indicator remain lit, pairing has been successful.

2. Ensure that the remote control is powered. If this is not the case, please charge it.

First, place one foot on the pedal, extend the other foot backwards, place both feet on the footboard and keep your balance. Then press the throttle lightly to accelerate. It is recommended that you ride at a constant speed and never accelerate or brake abruptly. Note: The electric scooter will only start moving once it is in coasting mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE ST-Series electric scooter is suitable for people aged 16 to 50 who are between 120 cm and 200 cm tall; the maximum weight capacity is 120 kg. Riding after consuming alcohol is prohibited; do not ride if you have taken any drugs that could impair your judgment.

If you squeeze the brake lever or release the throttle whilst riding to coast, energy recovery is activated and some of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy, which is stored and reused. Energy recovery can increase the range whilst also providing a braking effect. When using it for the first time, it is recommended that you set the level to ‘Low’. After connecting to the NAVEE App, scroll to the bottom of the product’s main interface; you can adjust the intensity of energy recovery; the default setting is ‘Low’, but you can choose between three levels, such as ‘Low’, ‘Medium’ and ‘High’.

Each model has a different range, which can be found in the relevant user manual. However, the typical range is usually measured with a fully charged battery, in calm conditions and at a temperature of 25 °C, travelling at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat road and with a payload of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the load, ambient temperature, wind speed, road surface, tyre pressure, battery cycle index, driving mode and the user’s driving habits (such as sudden acceleration and braking), etc.

The vscooter’s unique QR code is required to connect to the NAVEE App. You can obtain this QR code as follows: Once you have connected to the App, go to the App’s home screen/main view: [More features] – [Settings] – [Scooter QR code], display the QR code and save a screenshot. You can find the scooter QR code on the sticker on the back of the dashboard, on the right-hand side of the driver’s compartment and on the back of the manual.

Once you have activated the immobiliser switch in the NAVEE App, the scooter will enter the engine immobiliser mode and will switch off automatically after 24 hours. The engine will remain immobilised if it is started again. If you push the scooter whilst it is in the locked state, an alarm will sound on the dashboard and the scooter’s buttons will be disabled. This function cannot prevent theft of the scooter; please therefore keep a close eye on your scooter. Using the lock function drains the scooter’s battery; please therefore use this function with care.
