Terrible product, after 4 weeks the remote failed and will not connect, it will not charge and only way to get it working is to use a cable from the on-board USB-c socket to the remote unit like an old style 1970's remote controlled toy car! It's very heavy for frequent use taking in and out of a vehicle, the cart bag supports do not match with a standard bag no matter what adjustment is made so the overtight un-adjustable top restraining bungee strap just squashes the bag top reducing the ability to remove clubs and replace. The anti-tip rear wheel is fiddly to input under the unit and needs one hand operation as the other hand is required to lift the heavy cart up to access, it needs to be removed when not in use as without doing so the cart cannot be stored upright so you need a warehouse to store it. The website information is poor and not all links work, the online 'contact us' portal goes into an abyss and is not responded to, as a tight Yorkshireman I was swayed by the low price but wish I'd had deeper pockets for a better product. Seen other reviews which rate it but doubt they are real as the above issues are pretty obvious to any frequent golfer.

The remote control is overall easy to use. One minor point: When it’s in your trouser pocket, you can sometimes accidentally press a button. This could perhaps be improved, but it’s not a big problem.

I really like the folding mechanism. It folds up quickly and fits easily into the boot. If the wheels were a little more compact, it would be perfect – but it’s absolutely fine as it is.
