This policy supplements your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). We are committed to providing a hassle-free return experience. NAVEE covers all return shipping costs.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (For EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract unilaterally without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal Period: 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

Return Process & Costs (Important):

NAVEE bears all return shipping costs.

Drop-off Method: We will provide you with a prepaid return label in PDF format. You may print the label and affix it to your package for drop-off at a logistics point, or present the QR code on the label directly at the service point.

Refunds: We will refund all payments received (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
2. Voluntary Extended Return Policy (30-Day Returns)
In addition to your statutory rights, NAVEE offers a voluntary 30-day return period for most products.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Process: Contact service_eu@navee.tech to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Logistics: We will provide a PDF prepaid return label. You simply need to print and attach it, or present the QR code at a logistics point. All return shipping costs are borne by NAVEE; no payment is required from you.
3. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step Guide)
Our return process is simple and efficient:

Contact Support: Send an email to service_eu@navee.tech with the subject "Return Request" and your Order Number.

Get Your Label: We will verify your order and reply with your RMA number and the PDF prepaid return label.

Pack Your Item: Keep the original packaging. Place the item back in the box, print the label, and affix it to the parcel (or save the QR code).

Drop Off: Drop off the parcel at a nearby logistics point using the attached label or QR code.

Await Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your refund within 2–7 business days.
4. Important Note on Lithium-Ion Battery Returns
As our products contain lithium-ion batteries (dangerous goods), you must use the return label provided by us.

No Self-Arranged Logistics: Do not attempt to ship via unknown carriers yourself, as restrictions on lithium batteries may result in seizure or fines.

Compliant Shipping: Our labels are integrated with compliant carriers ensuring adherence to ADR (road transport) regulations.
